We offer services in architecture, urban design  and design. We shape projects from an overall concept up to the detail and, in cooperation with a team of specialists, we provide a complete service in all project phases.

In the preparation stage, based on a precise definition of the requirements and on exploring the limitations of the given territory, we determine the goals of the project, its scope and a price offer of the design work. We make a detailed analysis of the environment in the form of surveys, measured building surveys and initiation of negotiations with public authorities. If we enter a project before a specific location is selected, we are able to provide our expert view on the quality of the environment and its benefit for the project.
At the phase of a study of a building we define a clear concept, architectural solution and spatial arrangement. The output is the location of the building on the site (siting), a functional scheme (floor plans, sections), a volume solution (scale model), premeditation on the construction and the materials used (views/elevations, visualisation).
We draw up the prescribed documentation necessary for obtaining the building permit. We also carry out all communication with the relevant authorities on behalf of our clients.
An integral part of each project is the preparation of the construction documents and a forethought on the delivery of the building and the selection of the contractor, which guarantee a reliable technical solution and finalisation of a quality aesthetic detail.  We supervise the progress of works by means of building author inspection.
