Apart from the ordinary design activity we provide small private investors with an extraordinary care in the preparation of the custom project.

Family house designs can be selected from the XS – XXL range which has already been prepared for you. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any modifications to them according to your needs. We will prepare the optimal siting of the building on a specific site and in response to your requirements we will prepare the subsequent phases of the documentation.  We will have your house built in cooperation with a construction firm if you wish.

In the case of larger sites we offer to carry out a subdivision of the land and a planning study. We will prepare an appropriate regulation of the development for a specific location and studies of buildings, with the possibility to draw up construction documents for a building contractor or the target client.
